Cancellation Policy

T20 Shopping Cancellation Policy.

Canceling an order on T20 Shopping is possible only if the item has not been shipped. You will not be able to cancel the order if the product is already shipped from the seller’s warehouse. If you want to cancel the order after the product has been shipped, you need to speak to T20 Shopping customer care and make a request to cancel the order.

After the order has been canceled, the money will be refunded to debit cardcredit card, or internet banking account (whichever mode you have used for payment). In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery), you will not receive any refund as you have not paid the money.

If the product has not been dispatched by the seller, you must follow these steps to cancel the order on T20 Shopping.

How to cancel order on T20 Shopping website?

1. If you want to cancel the order on the T20 Shopping website, you must visit www.t20 shopping.com and login to your T20 Shopping account.

2. After you log in to your account, click on username which is displayed in the navigation section. Then click on ‘Orders’.

3. Once you click on the orders, all orders are displayed on the screen. Select the order you want to cancel and click on cancel.

4. You must select the reason for canceling the order and click on ‘Confirm Cancellation’ button.

T20 Shopping Refund Policy

Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, a refund is issued

For Fulfilled by T20 Shopping (FBA) orders:

If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, refund will be issued through a demand draft.

If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, refund will be issued through a demand draft.

We will send you an e-mail asking you to call us and provide your name and address where you want the demand draft to be sent. After we receive these details, refund will be initiated.

For Seller-Fulfilled orders:

For damaged/ defective items, the seller will issue a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

In any case where a refund is required, the seller(s) need to authorise that refund. T20 Shopping.in can assist in facilitating refunds for you only when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item. Once the seller notifies us of the receipt of the return item, the above refund time period will apply for processing refunds.
